Marina Focus maintains:

• Customers with full customer details
  Historical records are maintained so that details of returning customers and their boats are available.
   
• Boats with makes and sizes
  Boat sales within the marinas can automatically transfer agreement details.
   
• Permanent Agreements
  Details of start and end dates together with charging arrangements and frequencies. Multiple recurring fees so that extras such as environmental charges, internet connections, Fox TV etc may be detailed separately.
   
• Casual Bookings
  When taking bookings, agreement forms and invoices may be printed. Casual bookings maintain a status of un-confirmed until payment has been received.
   
• Vacant Berths
  Lists of vacant berths are available to assist with taking casual bookings.
   
• Scheduled Bookings
  Future bookings can be displayed against any berth.
   
• Automatic Invoices
  Monthly, 2-monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual invoices are automatically generated from the agreement recurring fees.
   
• Ad-hoc Charges
  Additional charges may be created for one off or regular costs, such as ropes or electricity charges. These may be added to the berth rental invoice or invoiced separately.
   
• Links to Accounts
  Invoices may be automatically imported into a variety of accounting systems.
   
• Debtor Control
  Debtor amounts with full breakdown to invoices are maintained with the ability to generate up to date statements on demand.
   
• Dockmaster Report
  This report provides all of the information required by the dockmaster to check the details of all the boats on the marina.
   
• Modules for Berth Ownership and Rental Pools
  The Berth Ownership module allows berths to be owned by individuals and recurring charges to be levied against them. The rental pool module calculates a per metre night return from the rental receipts generated within the pool period and calculates the disbursement amounts to be remitted to the berth owners. Statements can then be produced for the owners.
